Today we went over Act I scene i questions. Then we read Act I scene ii (well, listened to it!). Finally, we watched the first two scenes of the movie. IT WAS VERY GOOD.

We also went over DO IO/PN PA again, took a practice quiz, and you'll have the actual quiz next class.

Today we went over predicate nominatives and predicate adjectives. We completed the following pages in your grammar workbook: 61-64.

Then we listened to Act I, scene i of R&J. Afterwards, you answered those questions on pages 25-26 of your study guide. There were some changes to line numbers and we got rid of a question, so check with a classmate!

Today we read pages 1 & 2 in your Romeo & Juliet study guide, we insulted one another using material found on page 7, and we discussed pages 13 & 14. Finally, we read and discussed the prologue to the play using page 15. Your homework was to read and to answer the questions on pages 19-24.

We also went over direct/indirect objects again.
